Christmas is approaching fast, it is good to place your order early for a delivery before Christmas. Please find below our Christmas Delivery times, so you can be sure you don't miss the all important Christmas present dispatach:

IRELAND and the rest of EUROPE

2-3 DAY  SERVICE – 13th December 2023 before 12.00

RETURNS

We want you to choose the perfect gifts for your friends and family for Christmas, however, we understand that sometimes things just do not fit as first expected when it comes to trying it on. With this in mind, we will be extending our Returns window for the Christmas period to 31st January 2024 - so any purchases made from 15th October 2023, will have until this date to be returned back to us.

If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, then please follow the returns process to get the item back to us. We will be happy to send out a replacement product and cover the cost of postage.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange products for a different item. If you have ordered the wrong item or size and wish to exchange for a different size or colour, then please follow the returns process for requesting a refund and then place a new order on the website.
