eCommerce Manager (UK)

 

We are hiring! Weatherbeeta is growing around the world and we are looking for an eCommerce Manager for the UK to join the team and be based remotely in the UK & with occasional travel to our site in Rushden, Northamptonshire. Weatherbeeta is a family owned global business founded in Australia and the world-wide leader in equestrian products for the horse and rider. We have been in the UK for over 25 years & the USA for over 20 years. Our enviable portfolio of brands includes market leaders WeatherBeeta, Dublin and Collegiate. While our heartland is equestrian, we also have an emerging pet products business.

At Weatherbeeta, we are proud of our track record in developing talent and promoting from within but we do occasionally look to add colleagues to our strong team. This role is to take ownership for our brands and online sales through our UK storefront and make a real impact within our ambitious company. If you have an equestrian background, strong analytical skills and proven eCommerce skills, this role would be perfect for you.

You will be responsible for:

  • The look & feel of our brands on in our UK eCommerce store
  • Day to day running of the eCommerce website for UK to deliver strong commercial revenues

  • Improving the quality of the store front shopper experience across our UK Online Storefronts, while making it as efficient and cost effective as possible for Weatherbeeta
  • Be the online expert for colleagues across the business for UK
  • Generating insights that help our retail partners be more successful in selling our brands on their webstores.

Products Data Officer – Northern Hemisphere (based in the USA)

Weatherbeeta is growing around the world and we are looking for a Northern Hemisphere Products Data Officer to join the team and be based remotely in the USA & with occasional travel to our site in Easton, PA. Weatherbeeta is a family owned global business founded in Australia and the world wide leader in equestrian products for the horse and rider. At Weatherbeeta, we are proud of our track record in developing talent and promoting from within but we do occasionally look to add talent to our strong team. A vacancy has arisen that opens up the opportunity to hire a suitably experienced and enthusiastic Products data officer. If you were successful in securing this role, you will be primarily responsible for monitoring, collating and analysing seasonal order fulfilment data along with ensuring our internal and external data is accurate and meets customer service levels. This role sits within the NH Products team who are responsible for managing and adding to our portfolio of market leading & innovative products. You will be working with colleagues across the Northern Hemisphere and in Australia.

If you have solid experience analysing data and have the appetite to learn more and develop your skills further, this role would be perfect for you.

There would be support and coaching available for the right candidate, enabling you to develop in the role and become a key member of our Company team. The NH Products Data Officer will:

  • Ensure the seasonal order fulfilment planning is completed each season
  • Ensure price lists are created, maintained and accurate at all times
  • Create & maintain our Master Data
  • Deliver sales trend analyses & insights
  • Develop improved tools / processes to serve our business needs better

What is needed to be successful in the role?

  • A passion for the equestrian lifestyle with a good knowledge of the various products in the market. A love of dogs would be beneficial too!
  • Some experience in data analysis with a strong desire to become an expert in the techniques & tools needed
  • High levels of proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to manipulate and analyse data as well as interpret the results for presentation to colleagues and customers
  • Fail proof attention to detail
  • Good communication skills & be able to work across all levels of the organisation
  • The skills to successfully manage and prioritise workload as well as work well under pressure
