ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

How do I place an order?

You can order online or at one of our stockists. Find your nearest store using our stockist locator.

Why won't the site process my payment?

Please ensure that the billing address matches the address to which your chosen card is registered, the payment will not go through if this is not the case.

Which payment options to you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta cards and Paypal.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a Guest if you would prefer not to set up an account.

I can't log in to my account help?

If you have forgotten your password, you will be prompted to enter your email address and you will be sent instructions on how to change your password.

DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

► Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Spain and Republic of Ireland

► I live the in the EU/France/Germany (change as needed).  Do I have to pay additional charges for import duty or tax when my order is delivered as it is coming from the UK?

From 1st January 2021 we will cover the cost of the import duty and tax on all orders placed on our websites that are being delivered to the EU. Once you have paid for your order, it will be delivered to you without incurring any further charges.

► When will my delivery arrive?

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Deliveries can take 10 working days to arrive. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the following working day.

DPD will provide parcel recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so they don't have to wait in all day.

► Do I need to be able to sign for my delivery?

All of our parcels are delivered by DPD and they offer a range of in-flight delivery options. You can choose to have your parcel delivered and signed for to your home, work or a nominated neighbour if you know you are not going to be in. You can also have the parcel left in a specified safe place or collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Unfortunately at present, our courier cannot deliver to BFPO addresses.

Do you deliver to businesses?

Yes. We will deliver to a delivery address of your choice. You will need to select a different delivery address when completing your order.

Can I cancel an order I have made online?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services Team or call 03300 585 500 ( local rate ) Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.

I have received the wrong item in my order?

If the product you have received is not what you were expecting please raise a Returns Request online.

Do I need to be able to sign for my delivery?

All of our parcels are delivered by DPD that require a signature upon delivery. They will leave a card if you were not available for delivery and you will be able to rearrange a more convenient time.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from day of receipt to return the item.

I have received a faulty or damaged product what do I do?
